Welcome to “GEOMETRY IN MOTION”, my architectural photographic website.
My name is Daniel Solomons and I am a professional visual artist and a photographer, collaborating with several contemporary art galleries. My work has been exhibited in many cities, including London, New York, Madrid, Rome, Chicago, Miami, Madrid, Málaga, Sevilla and Valencia amongst others, both in galleries as well as Institutions and Museums and I have won several national and international prizes and awards.

I am based in London.

I´m interested in exploring the urban environment and how it is shaped by architecture, both from the standpoint of form and function. Hence, the social dimension of architecture and the way it conditions human interaction and its organization is an important concern in my formal research, which is equally predicated on me rethinking of the relationship between architecture and sculpture. Indeed, most of my works take their formal cue from architectural details or fragments while roaming around the city.

Through photography I continually search for new geometric configurations, perspectives, materials and surfaces, capturing the different combinations between volumes, light effects and illusions that the buildings generate within their environment and how they modify the light in the space around us.
Thus finding the cornerstone that gave rise to my artistic investigation.

So, if you think my vision could benefit and/or enhance your architectural projects and would like to discuss further, please contact me.
